Roy The Angry Customer

Do NOT...I repeat, DO NOT give my husband poor customer service. He will be on your company's website faster than you can blink an eye. He will write the most scathing letter imaginable outlining your bad attitude, disgusting restrooms or the unavailability of his favorite dish. He is completely unable to tolerate disinterested desk clerks or unenthusiastic floor personnel. He does NOT appreciate looking for a salesperson to help him...ESPECIALLY when it appears they may actually be hiding. Home Depot has got to be the most difficult store in the world to navigate. There is no fucking rhyme or reason to the way they display nuts, bolts, tile, carpet, mini-blinds, paint or any other accoutrement you may think you need. none whatsoever. But to make matters worse, their salespeople are often surly and always distracted. It's the sales technique called...avoid eye contact. Home Depot REALLY rose to the top of Roy's shit list when they failed to resolve a certain matter of giving him a credit card and then declining to give him "One Year/No Interest" on his first purchase as advertised. In fact, no one at the store seemed to know of the offer although we sat in their fucking parking lot and heard it on the radio. Red Lobster had filthy bathrooms and Olive Garden stopped serving some shrimp dish that he favored but at least they both sent him a $5 gift certificate to appease him. Even if that does barely cover the cost of a dessert. so if my husband walks into your store, you better smile at him, offer him help, clean your restrooms, serve up some shrimp and for the love of God pay attention to him or his next email may turn up on YOUR feedback screen.

I would have to agree with you on that Cece. If anyone does see Roy in their store they better watch out if they don't give him great service.
By the way great site Cece
